Even for athletes, sitting at a desk for 50+ hours a week can lead to the development of compensatory movement patterns, chronic pain and suboptimal work performance. Training through pain is not a sustainable solution.
Coach Troy and his team apply the same advanced coaching techniques, principles, methodologies and protocols he uses with pro athletes to select executive clients, on an exclusive basis.
Soft-tissue work to prepare the muscles, followed by hands-on assessment for restrictions or imbalances.
Clients may learn how to “reset” and align their bodies to clear specific dysfunctions.
Highly customized exercise prescriptions meet the athlete where they are and accelerate client’s ability to exceed goals quickly and safely.
Sessions run 60-90 minutes depending on athlete’s condition that day.
